BE HOPPY IPA

BE HOPPY is our take on the Left Coast IPA. The huge aromatics and big citrus forward flavors come from the copious amount of hops we use during our double dry hop and hop back processes. Let our IPA put a smile on your face Harvey Ball would be proud of.

Aroma: Citrus, floral, pine
Tasting Notes: Citrus, grapefruit, pine, resin, moderately bitter. Well balanced with slight bitterness and malt sweetness

Appearance: Opaque pale yellow
Aroma: Hawaiin punch, berry smoothie, fresh squeezed pineapple juice.
Tasting Notes: Similar to aroma in flavor. Smooth full body with aggressive hop character on the back end. Does not leave the pallet cloying with sweetness or a lingering hop bite.

MASS WHOLE LAGER

Mass Whole is an American lager brewed with a whole lot of Massachusetts ingredients. The hops are from Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA and the barley and heirloom corn come from Valley Malt in Hadley, MA. We’re proud to produce a beer that celebrates our agricultural heritage and honors our home state wholeheartedly. Cheers to Massachusetts.

slightly transformed. Just a bit of a break from the new norm.
Just a refreshing ale to break the monotony. Of all those
hardcore rules that has gotten to be. A little bit Azacca hops
that makes the beer dance. A soothing smell and a crisp look at
first glance. Give my summer a little mix. And if ain’t broke then

HOPULENCE DIPA

Hops were used with reckless abandon throughout the brewing process including the mash, hop forward, first wort, kettle, whirlpool, hop back, fermenter, and brite tank. No expense was spared to bring you HOPULENCE! Dank and vinous, this beer is deceptively drinkable.

TABLE TALK BLUEBERRY LEMON PIE ALE

Table Talk Pies and Wormtown Brewery join forces again to bring you another pie-inspired beer collaboration! We designed the base beer to capture the essence of bready pie crust and fresh blueberry filling by adding real blueberry-lemon pies and an abundance of blueberry puree. This culminates in a refreshing fruit beer bursting with flavors of fresh picked blueberries, golden pie crust and bright, tart lemon peel! Cheers to Worcester businesses working together!

TABLE TALK PUMPKIN PIE ALE

A collaboration between Table Talk Pies and Wormtown Brewery was inevitable with Brewmaster Ben Roesch`s love for pie. We designed the base beer to emphasize rich, bready pie crust flavors. To this we added 30 pumpkin pies (one pie per barrel), 100 lbs. of pumpkin puree, lactose, and a secret spice blend. The result is a deep mahogany colored beer bursting with fresh baked pumpkin pie aroma and flavor. Cheers to Worcester businesses working together!

OCTOBERFEST MÄRZEN

The first Oktoberfest was brewed in 1810 for the wedding of Prince Ludwig of Bavaria. Traditionally, Oktoberfest is brewed in March and lagered in caves during the Summer. To this day, Oktoberfest is celebrated in September at the same location in Munich. Our version steps out of bounds with a more complex malt profile and higher ABV, while still maintaining the traditional dry, noble hop finish. Prost!

NORM COCONUT CHOCOLATE STOUT

This brew is named after Norman Miller, the MetroWest Beer Nut and author of Beer Lover’s New England. Ever since we opened our doors in 2010, Norm had been peskily suggesting we brew a coconut beer. In 2012, we relented and named it “Norm”. Norm is an oatmeal stout brewed with ten specialty malts, cacao nibs, and one pound of organic toasted coconut per gallon.
